To use insurance for therapy, a person must have a qualifying mental health diagnosis. This diagnosis is submitted to your insurance and becomes a part of your medical record.
For some people, private pay is a better option if they do not wish to use their health insurance or do have currently have health insurance.
The initial session is $210 and follow up sessions are $180.
I can accept cash, checks, credit cards and HSA/FSA debit cards for payment.
Insurance
I am currently in network with Aetna, First Choice Health, Kaiser Permanente, Moda, PacificSource and Regence/BCBS.
Out of Network: If your insurance is not listed above, I am happy to provide you with a receipt called a superbill for our sessions that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended to contact your insurance ahead of time to find out what your out of network benefits are.
